The Beach- Sunday night

Jaina was standing on the beach, the volcano behind her, staring out at the water. She was also wearing a really flowy dress to make for a more stunning visual. The skirt fluttered in the wind along with her fantastic hair.

She was having so many thoughts. Sure, she'd spent her morning plotting and the moments before her wedding banging Kennedy while still in her wedding dress, and her husband had died just after the marriage was final. But that wasn't the most stressful part of her day. No, now she had to consider whether it was easier to actually get pregnant in order to keep the Stark inheritance or whether she'd be better off just faking the pregnancy and stealing a baby later. They both had their pros and cons.

She sighed to herself, looking out into the distance and wondering how her life got to be so hard.

[Totally open. No, I'm not done yet.]

What was the noise on the wind? Could it--could it be?

"Why did you do this to meeeeeeeeeeee?"

It was a haunting, ghostly voice over. One that would send chills down the spines any who heard it.

"Jaaaaaainaaaaaa."

"Liiiiiiiiiiive."

Because the writers needed to push a lesbian couple in order to get that GLAAD award.

People with more common sense... didn't belong in soap operas, granted. But Kennedy had even less common sense than most other soap denizens, otherwise she wouldn't have been here.

By 'here,' we meant standing on the beach some distance away, just brooding in a slightly disturbing stalkery way, the only sign of her presence the occasional glow of her cigarette YES IT WAS A PATRIOT BRAND.

As she brooded. Maybe she shouldn't have done that, but she couldn't help herself! She'd thought she could just walk away, but the memories were lingering now. She hadn't been able to stop thinking about this morning ever since!

Shame the darkness meant you couldn't see that single perfect tear.
